No, Just once a month, day 1 and then day 3. I always do it on the first and third of the month. That was the prophylactic protocol suggested by docs posted here. I think the weekly protocol was for after suspected exposure?

I've noticed that it actually clears my sinuses in the days following the doses. I have had ongoing sinus issues for years.
