Great news I had missed. Good for Japan. They finally have a natural resource (besides their talented people) that the world needs.

[It is really amazing how much a country with just a tiny amount of its own fossil fuel or iron resources of its own has been able to do in the last half century] It is no wonder, given its dependence of foreign sources for energy, that it has invested so well in researching fusion technology.]
