I worked with a guy who used to climb towers for our company. Neat guy. Had to train on rescues in case he had a climbing partner who was incapacitated.
He told me a story about his female manager wanted to go up on a tower with him. To her credit, she did the deal. They got to the top and he started swinging the tower. He said she looked a little green but didn’t blow chunks.

Ha, I resemble that remark. I’ve used that line.
I used to get paid to drive my 4x4 up to the top of most any nearby high spot or mountain top and hang around all day always enjoying the views from my mobile office. I was a contractor/rigger and radio tech and provided site maintenance, changed antennas, put up microwave dishes and wave guide, worked on hi-power TV UHF antennas, repaired bullet holes in 50KW coax, installed LED and strobe lights, solar arrays and controllers and years ago changed light bulbs, too.

A friend worked for a cable company with a 250 tall tower. It was scary enough. He volunteered to change the light bulbs or redirect satellite receivers for the rest of the day off. They took him up on the offer as it would cost way more than that to bring someone else in.

Ohhh.... I don’t know. Could it be 32’ per second per second or maybe 9.8 meters per second.
