Take your pick they were all great shows in their day,Heart , Queen, Mitch Ryder, Bob Seger, Alice Cooper, Burton Cummings, Blew Oyster Cult, Deep Purple, I could go on and on, i lived in Windsor Ont. across the river from Detroit and my brothers girlfriends father was the radio station manager at CKLW Radio hence i we could afford to go to so many concerts.

This is kinda sad - during my days at Johnny D’s I booked Mitch Ryder and about 70 people showed up to see him. It seemed to be a thing - if we booked people with hit records, not too many people would come. Mitch Ryder, Michael Martin Murphey, and a guy from Starship whose name I don’t recall (because it wasn’t my era of music) but they all brought in about 70 people. And other people who never had a hit would pack the place. Just odd how that works.
