When they do they create their own cult because the question of "what is god?" they limit god as Kent Hovind points out in your video. Those limits they create are the atheists dogma which their "lack of belief" can't exist without creating those limits.

Kent Hovind is a good man and highly intelligent. Though his take on sovereign citizens lacks understand of how our courts create their own laws using precedence. Sometimes you need to step back and look at the larger picture. He paid the price by going to jail.
