No one was shown in the Beast. The motorcades aren't like they used to be - where one could see the President! Don't know if they were empty or who they were transporting. That's how it is now.
People still film Marine One from a distance coming and going, but the craft are positioned so that one can't see who, if anyone, is picked up, dropped off at the White House. The MSM is happy though because they can point to Marine One flying over and claim it's the Manchurian Candidate, flyin' around. Saves the Castle Rock budget a bundle...
