Has this been vetted? Are the chirons and time/dates real for the crisis actor? A look alike? Come on, man! If you go to the end of the video, "Harrison Hanks" has a phone number with a "555" prefix. Harrison Hanks is spoofing on all the real crisis actors that show up on CNN.
