Evil, yes, and very dangerous.
I know a person who did the tarot card weegee board thing with her sister, and the sister went nuts. Now she hears voices talking to her in her head. Won’t go away. Doctors can do nothing.
In the Bible that stuff is called sorcery, forbidden by God.
To obey God is to be protected from evil.

Tell that to Job... or Jesus for that matter. Or innocent children who are preyed upon.
To obey God helps one be protected from some evils.
The nuns told us never to touch a Ouija board. Seeing The Exorcist as a teen reinforced that. I’ve never touched one or allowed one near me.
