My relative used to make an AWESOME sauce for use on hotdogs, beef, ribs, chicken. Was made fro sweet Vidalia onions, and some other stuff, can’t remember now. I think it had tomatoes It, as i couldn’t eat it because of ulcers any longer. It really did work very well on all those ts mentioned. It was a bit like barbecue sauce, but a hit sweet, very nice mellow onion flavor, and some spices that really worked well together

If anyone ever goes out to Maine, stop in at flo’s hotdogs in Kittery I think it is. Wow. Awesome hotdogs. Famous world over. Get them with mayonnaise, her famous sauce, and a little celery Salt. Don’t ask for ketchup though. You can actually buy their sauce online. It’s really good, but does have some fish sauce in it I beleive, so beware for folks allergic to fish. I like my relatives hotdogs sauce better 5hough. Tried to get them to open hotdogs shop like flo’s but they don’t want to. I bet it would be bigger than flo’s if they did

we are in Vegas right now....pretty dead...traffic light...many things still closed like the shuttle monorail between Ex Calibur and the Mandalay...our off strip hotel is not running their shuttle...no buffets although we haven't looked at too many places...

we came down now because we had free rooms and some food credits and we are usually down here with several thousand basketball fans....
