All very true, but not necessarily always demonstrated, explained or due for remediation due to “disparate impact” stats.

E.g., men often choose higher-risk (and higher-pay) occupations. Kindergarten boys have long been less mature than their female equivalents. Many of those college undergrad and grad degrees are complete fluff. Is it really a crisis if we have relatively more boys taking AP physics than AP art?

There is now systemic discrimination against men in the professions from college admissions to funding to internships to hiring.
