I am very concerned over the taking by govt. of private property rights w/o compensation.I missed that.
Is this something like in the movie "Dr. Zhivago" when he comes home from work and his house is filled with new uninvited roommates?

no it is the arbitrary ban on evictions from CDC
This was very hard on landlords across the board
