Hi Hot Tabasco! Not being a dork, but BOTH Richard Barnett’s from Arkansas with the same age of 59ish 60ish are registered as the Optional Party. Basically, not affiliated. I would humbly argue then he is NOT a GOPer, just another Democrat plant.
