The Irish grrifters are everywhere, there is a reason they have a pot of gypsy gold.
I think they are everywhere, a family friend was the director of the local county fair and she had tails of grifters and SC travelers, as she called them, trying to either get work when the fair was in town or trying to run their scams during the fair. So I always called them SC Travelers.
