Prosecutors charged McAfee & Jimmy Watson, his cryptocurrency “executive adviser,” with running two schemes to bilk crypto investors out of about $13 MILLION.

McAfee & Watson charges:
-1 count conspiracy to commit commodities & securities fraud
-1 count conspiracy to commit securities & touting fraud
-2 counts conspiracy to commit wire fraud
-2 counts of substantive wire fraud
-1 count conspiracy to commit money laundering

Both are Facing a Max Sentence of 60 Years in Prison
