using your figure of 213 million voters (wiki "claims" 239 million (still an anomaly of 66% (their math is off.)) With your figure that would be about 75% turn out in 2020. The record turn out in US history was 45% when Obama ran in 2008. Or an approximate mean of about 37 to 39% since the 1930's.
going by this chart

thanks for that.
wiki’s sauce for their numbers is this place:

https://worldpopulationreview.com/state-rankings/number-of-registered-voters-by-state

i used their 2020 data to do the analysis after the election.
Note they are showing 2021 registration data, which is for the 11/03/2020 election.
They do get their data from the states, so I considered it accurate.
They also have a data set to download to see what they came up with.

These percentages and numbers seemed so improbable.
I went to the WH contact page back then and identified this stuff...never heard back.

I have no contacts anywhere who could help.
We identified the 1999 US-Ukraine Treaty that should have protected Pres.Trump’s Ukraine conversation under his first impeachment and we had an in with Hannity. Sent it to him and nothing.

Getting hosed right before your very eyes and not being able to do anything about....aggggh!
