The Catholic Bible is the original Bible. The Protestants took out the other seven books. The Anglicans left them in, but called them “the Apocrypha” and placed them between the Old and New Testaments, resulting with them being out of order.

They didn’t include them because they weren’t in the Hebrew Bible, and they are not considered by Protestants and Jews to be canonical like the rest of the Old Testament scriptures.
I think our psalms are numbered a little differently too.
