Kaleigh was reciting this exchange to Steve Hilton yesterday, but she was bringing us back to the moment when the exchange occurred. Out of context, it does sound like the Trump administration she was referring to is current but, in context, she was talking about the Trump administration of last July.

Yes, you gave me several minutes of unbridled joy until I watched the whole Kaleigh/Hilton clip. I was happier before I decided to do that. (*sigh*)
