Judging by the fact that a student in the Baltimore Public School System was 62nd out of a class of 120 with a GPA of 0.13 I doubt if very many Baltimore residents who might be offended have ever heard of Roger B Taney.
I read that about that “student”...
The guy was absent or late 273 days I believe, and the mother blamed the school!!!!!
