I was raised by a Christian Scientist father. They don’t believe in doctors or medicine. I know these people. Dolly Parton is correct. I have avoided getting COVID, not because I have followed rational restrictions (mask, distancing and vaccination), but because everyone has followed them. We ALL benefit.

In this town, the majority of the people do not wear masks. In the breakfast spot I go to, you never see a mask.
Our number of cases and CFR are very low. Actually, given that the seasonal flu has mysteriously disappeared, I wouldn’t be surprised if the ‘rona CFR was zero.
For the first seven decades of my life I was *always* told that masks will not stop a virus. Now, suddenly, because it is convenient to Satan and his minions, only a mask will save your life.
