I think Ron would prefer it at the top of the ticket. Also, historically, senators are not great as POTUS.
No one in their right mind would trust Rand Paul with executive office. He places far more weight on theory than reality. That is pretty much the definition of libertarians and socialists.
They are my first and second choice. Both can handle the media well. Both seems to have steel backbones. Both are required to win.
Noem is in the mix, too, but she would have the disadvantage of coming from a small state and would have to prove the ability to win a broad voter base before I would pick her.

I’m wondering what country they’d have a shot winning in given the fact that the American election system is now utterly corrupted and firmly in the hands of those who corrupted it.
Yeah, why do we see these suggestions. These guys all have to caucus against each other. It could even get a bit ugly at times. I mean, how often do any of them agree to pair up on a ticket unless they are not involved in the primaries? Even then I assume those are backroom discussions.
But since we are strategizing, if Jim Jordan isn’t going to be on the ticket, can we at least make him AG?

Trump called that out and asked why Rand was allowed on the debate stage.
You think he’s a headliner for the next election? I don’t think so.

Depends on which side of the bed Rand Paul gets up on today.
Here’s my school reopening plan: Teachers go to work at school. Students go to school and learn. Teachers not showing up to work are fired and lose their pensions. End of plan.

That’s where I am as well. I often appreciate what Rand Paul does in the Senate but would not even consider a rules-based libertarian for President.
Senators are more like college professors... political, theoretical, and the only people they managed are a few assistants and interns who run the office FOR them.
If it's not Trump, should be a Governor or another company founder and owner... like Trump.
The ticket can’t come from the same state.
