Democrats, shrewdly describing election fraud as a “Big Lie,” are emboldened to get their way.
In his first post-presidential address, Donald Trump again blasted the 2020 presidential election much to the delight of his most dedicated fans assembled at the annual Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) gathering in Florida over the weekend.
“We have a very sick and corrupt electoral process that must be fixed immediately,” Trump told the cheering crowd in Orlando. “This election was rigged. Our election process is worse . . . than that of a Third World country.”

Rigging the Vote Forever? Republican state lawmakers are listening to their infuriated constituents. The GOP controls the legislatures in every state that flipped from Trump to Biden; several bills to prevent another election disaster are pending in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, and Arizona. “Legislators are taking aim at mail voting at every stage, with proposals to circumscribe who can vote by mail, make it harder to obtain mail ballots, and impose hurdles to complete and cast mail ballots,” according to an analysis by the Brennan Center, a nonprofit organization opposed to Republican election remedies.
Meanwhile, Democrats in Congress are rushing to supersede any attempt by state Republicans to eliminate COVID-justified election rules. Debate begins this week on HR 1, the “For the People Act,” which not only would codify the pandemic-era voting guidance but greatly expand access to voting in ways that would ensure a Republican never again wins the White House, not to mention many other federal and state offices. HR 1 is the biggest attempted electoral power grab in history, a flagrant and unconstitutional usurpation of the authority individual states have to write election law.

As we have already learned in the November 2020 “elections”, our Votes are totally meaningless.
All of this noise about the 2022 midterms is a bad joke.

Let’s talk November 2022.
If 2022 is the year that RINOs are purged in the primaries, then by 2024, the GOP will be in the hands of conservatives and the state legislatures will stand up to the DEM cheating. The state legislatures had the power to rule cheat-by-mail-in votes were not allowed, but they did nothing in 2020.
How and when Elections are conducted are matters of the state. Any congressman or Senators, who were elected by states, votes to federalize elections should be seen to prefer the federal government over their state that elected them. Vote them out.
Because in 2020 the cheating was limited to Trump, which suited the RINOs just fine. But then they saw with the GA run-offs exactly what will happen to all republicans in future elections if they don't buckle down on the fraud.
Oh yeah, RINOs will be interested in cracking down on fraud if their own jobs are on the line.
Assuming Manchin and Sinema stick to their guys to not overturn the filibuster, this disaster of a bill is going NOWHERE.
(Yeah, I realize that’s hoping for a lot but just yesterday Manchin re-iterated his stance of “NEVER!” voting to get rid of the filibuster. Guess we’ll see..)
All that aside, HR 1 is blatantly unconstitutional and “should” get stricken down by SCOTUS IF it ever passes. But with THIS SCOTUS who seems to be totally MIA..who knows?
The run-offs happened before January 6.
Is this the new RAT bill that requires anyone who votes for someone other than a Commie Democrat to go on TV and apologize to the herd for not voting for the ‘RAT?

How does that matter when Governors, bureaucratic committees and judges can now just overrule whatever election laws the legislatures pass?

NO ONE in government wants that. Political office is the green light to practically printing your OWN money. Those guys (either party) get into office and immediately begin stuffing their pockets.
They are people (from what I can see and hear) who look like they couldn’t even get jobs of any kind, outside of political office.
So of course, they don’t want to support anything that will diminish their chances of so easily getting and keeping political office.
It’s why they all hate Trump...he choked off the money
Oh, they'll do it in 2022! They'll do it, just like the Dems will decide that it's wrong to cheat and steal in elections, and not do so in '22, even though they got away with it lock, stock and barrel in 2020.
The very same election process that added R seats in the House, yes.
Fraud in certain counties and certain States is very different for mid terms.
Now, this would all be out the window if HR 1 passes and doesn’t get tossed in the courts.
