Once I had a supervisor instruct me to pack up an item in her office to be returned to the seller. This was a personal item and not work-related. She wanted me to box it up and then take it to the mailroom for Fedex to pick up. The sucker weighed 100 pounds (about what I weighed). I kept responding "no", she kept insisting I do it. Finally, I sent the entire 7 page email exchange to the boss with a note that "I would no longer work for her and he could assign her to someone else".

She told him, "I had misinterpreted her request". He responded, "It's all there in your email". Six assistants later, she finally left the institution. I went on to work for the boss until I retired. I still have a hard copy of that email exchange. Cuomo reminds me of her. It's always someone else's fault.
