I believe that is the correct address, BUT, there have been several rnc fakeouts in the past few days so I cannot be 100% certain.
Maybe someone here that has donated to the site can give us the heads up.
It Was my impression that it was ligitimate but the family are not donating till next week so cannot confirm eyes on myself.
