Real Clear Politics has a lengthy article about WinRed, Anedot and Give.GOP. It has been quite an internecine struggle.
As I somewhat gathered, WinRed takes a fee plus some revenue sharing which Anedot does not. Brad Parscale is quoted: “There’s a reason President Trump and all the major campaign committees are united behind WinRed: it has the best technology and data integration that will lift all conservative boats and actually help Republicans win in 2020.” I did not know how much Prez Trump was behind consolidating fundraising with WinRed.
However, on the subject of 'the best technology' - I had repeated problems with WinRed, none with Anedot. WinRed would repeatedly refuse to recognize my credit card - after just making 2 or 3 small donations - and I would have to repeatedly call technical assistance. They said they sent me an email while I was on the phone with them... I never received it. They seemed to want to dismiss my complaint as my problem. How's that for best technology for small contributors?
I never had any trouble with Anedot. Real Clear Politics mentions Revv. I think Matt Gaetz uses that. It is apparently a forerunner of WinRed. The inter relationship of these various fundraising arms of the GOP is confusing to say the least.
The WinRed precursor was an obvious conflict-of-interest scam:

I was digging on the Anedot mention and I think we came up with similar results.
The Initial WinRed did have a mention of PDJT name on it, but I am sure that was a steal (go figure) by the GOP to entice voters to donate, as at that time they knew they were heading down the tubes financially.
I doubt they closed that pac when he had His Presidency stolen from him, and in fact all I can see is WinRed is still linked as an internal PAC of the DNC. Still digging there thought there is Not much info floating about which leads me to believe they are still the same Pac and still the same internal GOP entity.
As for various arms of fundrasing that are under the GOP umbrella, yes there seems to be a few or they are not named PACs but mumbo jumbo named to confused the public.
Now we have a SuperPac that is External of Any Political Party, the GOPe know that they best be looking to clear out their desks as they will Not be getting the $$$ for 22 or beyond.
Love it, the Third Party without the Party and it is the financial controller of the GOP future
I smile wide each time I type that, -— Not tired o Winning yet
Blessings.
