slide....what the heck are pidgeon peas?....I’ve seen them used in cooking videos...and btw, all the cuban/jamacain/puerto rican videos seem to use Goya products predominantly.

the pigeon peas are kinda like a combination between english peas & chickpeas.
green like english peas, but more the size of chickpeas.
consistency not as hard as chick peas, not as soft & mushie as english peas.
