Vaccines were found to have major reductions in reported cases of diseases like polio, measles, and tetanus. As stated by RFK Jr and others, mortality was decreasing before most vaccines were developed. So the relationship between diseases and mortality is a complex one.
If vaccines did not have the appearance of being mandatory, if they were not the subject of massive marketing, pressure, and job-requirement campaigns, many of us would not really pay much attention to them. The onus is on the other side to prove that these things are safe. Even then, they have no right to make them mandatory.
