Yes. I shipped a box from our NJ facility to our German facility. It left on the 12th. It made it to Tennessee. That's the extent of what I know at this point.
Here's the tracking number. 125105193630 International Priority. This box cost us $126.40 cents to ship...poof. It contained 3 large machine fixtures which cost about $500 each, so there's that too.
Thanks, I can sympathise. The Memphis hub must have really taken a punch. I guess I’m just surprised that FedEx has not communicated more effectively. They are a top drawer organization, and not reaching out to customers seemed a bit out of character.
