Hamilton County is ME! Carp - we use a machine of sorts, but the ballot is manually-entered paper. The voter scans the paper in a machine that also passes the ballot into a large bin below the scanner. So it’s not a voting machine in that sense, but a tabulator.

Now, there is the possibility that it is capable of fraud. I mean, Chattanooga did put a democrat in the mayor’s office.

If the machines have Smartmatic software they can be rigged.

My entire time voting in TN (30 years) I’ve never used paper. I remember the Diebold machines a long time ago; now we use the Microvote Infinity machine.
