need more information i think. When they hit the reply button did the "your Reply" box the lets you put in text come up? If it did at what point did the reply not go through?
You might want to have John Robinson advice on it. He is watching this thread I think
https://freerepublic.com/focus/f-chat/3923847/posts The other night I had an issue where if I tried to open a reply in a new tab it just kept taking me to the post I tried to reply to but if I clicked on the reply button normally it took me to the reply page.
I no longer have that problem but it might help solve what the problem is.
