How can you tell that the picture is on a green screen? Does that mean that it was taken indoors with a green screen behind them and the background was added later? Why would they do this?

It is 50/50 on green screen or not because the picture is lower quality and there is pixilation. As far as the clouds go, they do not look like they were added but simple contrast was added to the photo to balance it out.
