Great catch. No telling what Ghislaine and Epstein were up to we know that smuggling young girls was a cover. That compromising big heavy hitters was part of what they did but their smuggling ops were largely ignored along with whatever else they did.

Since Epstein was so high a profile one would naturally assume he had cia contacts which probably are far more useful than all the other intel connects he had which had to be numerous for him to even operate as he did.

From what I have read no one respects the cia but everyone fears them.
