Here's the video, but for what it's worth I think it's complete garbage. It reminds me of those "bad lip reading" videos. You can make up just about any script for the motions shown.

The video didn't do a great job. Though he does point out that guards/police seemed to THREE times intentionally corrupt blood on the ground.
Two very important points they never talked about.
1. The blood on that guys hand is shinny red long after he got the blood on him. Real blood turns brown right away and it would start to coagulate on his hand. Movie blood stays shinny and stays smooth to make it seem like fresh blood.
2. She was shot in the neck if the bullet didn't hit the spine it would've sprayed blood on the wall behind her. No blood is visible on the wall.
