In most, indeed pretty much all situations, frequent accidents on a road are the result of frequent bad driving by one or more of the drivers involved.
So tired of 3rd world infrastructure being the norm of USA. There’s no way to improve the road?!
I know that area well. My uncle lives about 2 miles from that location. The roads in Palos Verdes are all twisty and hilly, so drivers who are not familiar with it can make some serious mistakes.
