Ya noted I stated, "Almost". Btw, my comments are based on experience involving collisions. How about you? In addition, all kinds of people have committed suicide using their vehicles. It's not real uncommon.
Bottom line here at this point, is this guy was driving in a reckless manner and lost all control. He screwed up bad.
