Exactly why I’m interested! The climate and the landscape scare most people away. I’ve got my eye on a small town that’s 150-200 miles between Salt Lake City and Cheyenne, so I still have basic services.
I know a lot of people in Wyoming do winter sports; not sure that would be for me. I’d be content spending the winter knitting. As long as I can stock up or get Amazon delivery, I’m good!
It’s happening everywhere. Rich people are moving out of NY (etc.) and the effect avalanches. Those people who sell move too.
