I think some people can relate to this inhuman incident that demands courage and strength. I first wrote a lot of people and then I remember the comments I got for years when I said I taught special ed. TOO many people sell themselves short.
"I'm glad there's people like you, I couldn't do what your doing."
I'm sure they thought they were being kind saying this to me. It forced me to look at them in a different way. Not something I wanted to do.
I find that in a situation that puts another human in danger or embarrassment most people will do what ever it takes to protect the one in need. And if they can't hopefully they will search what their purpose is here on earth.
