Yes! He is saving up for a down payment to buy this house he rents from us too. He is a good catch - he is a cutie, athletic, good job, Christian, outdoorsy, conservative ... if y’all know anyone 😂😂😂
The house is a fixer upper - it was a steal - and he has done a great job with remodeling it so far. Our deal with him is we reduce his rent for his time on repairs/remodeling.
