I don't get this whole scenario.
If as all said about this man's outstanding warrant why did they uncuff him and let him get back in the car.

None of this make sense at all.
The Mayor of Brooklyn to the Governor only make it worse by apologizing to the whole world about another black life taken,as if this was a plan by this or any police officer.
I really despise these elected officials.
Well the torches and riots will continue on spreading into the streets and use this as just another excuse to burn again as all watch on their evening news. Just stupid.
