Few prominent do exactly that. They hire Jews only and move in the same circle. Sideline others. Silicon Valley is full e.g. Google founders. Anto others are very strong in Silicon Valley.
And other races don’t? Seems to me they hire Asians, Indians, too. This kind of attitude is what is causing blacks to hate Asians, as they already hate Jews. I’ve worked with lefty secular Jews and a few Orthodox Jews. I have never noticed any discrimination on their part.
Maybe this misperception is why my mom told me not to wear my star of David necklace, “because people wouldn’t like me”.
