Delivered on February 28, 2017, the speech was not officially deemed a "State of the Union address"; like the freshman addresses of President George H. W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush and Barack Obama, President Trump treated this speech as simply an "Address to a Joint Session of Congress."

I found an interesting website. It has the Presidential speeches from George Washington through Joe Biden. Looks like the most recent ones are available by video and transcript. No video of Washington, darn it!
