You still can’t tell for sure who is calling, caller ID lies.
My hubby has called himself but it was a scam call.
How do they do that and why isn’t it against the law?

Called himself? How does that even happen? Don’t think I’ve ever seen that one! But I’ve emailed myself so I can see that happening...
