I noticed lately a lot of the ethnicity questions when filling out paperwork have a ‘White, not Hispanic’ and ‘White, Hispanic’ option. There may be a ‘Black, not Hispanic’ and ‘Black, Hispanic’ option but haven’t paid attention.
I guess if you’re not black (I’m assuming like Haitian or Jamaican?) then you’re white?
