Looks like the filibuster is on the chopping block.

I read something about Mitch saying to keep that from happening he would shut down the Senate, all pubbies would stay away so that couldn't reach a quorum.

Unless there is a clear statement in the constitution about requiring a quorum in order for the Senate to accomplish anything, it will do no good to keep all Republican senators away because the Democrats will simply change the rules.

Mitch McConnell is a traitor to America. He definitely cares a lot more about maintaining the power of the swamp than he does about maintaining the actual constitutional republic that the United States has been for more than two centuries. We are very close to a totalitarian state now.
