I stay away from crazy and stick to basics. I love Steak Fajitas beans rice and guacamole and hot sauce!

I've yet found any restaurant in East Texas make a good enchilada dish!
So Stay with taco salads and fajitas! ha!

Born and raise in the Houston area and experienced the best Mexican food, so picky and spoiled,so I either cook what I like or do without!
Chains as many cater to the masses and the real good food is gone. I got some good tamales from a co-worker who's Mother still makes! So Love Her for this!

We have authentic Mexican food nearby where I live in GA, but hubby makes an amazing salsa 🙂
