It IS a weird vegetable. The stems are delicious when mixed with brown sugar, a little nutmeg and a good deal more butter than they call for. The leaves, however, are poisonous! How weird is that? Same plant....stems, which feed the leaves, find, leaves, not so much.
Rhubarb Dream Bars are easy and DELICIOUS. Even better than pie. I also make a rhubarb topping when I make cheesecake. Rhubarb and cream cheese are a great combo.

I haven’t heard of them, unless they are the things I’ve been making. How do you make them? I didn’t realize the leaves were poisonous.
