The DC ‘man about town’ went up to Capitol Hill where they've been removing the outer fence all around the Capitol area. He used the bike and went zipping around past the Supreme Court, the Capitol, and some other locations. They do have what they call ‘bike racks’ along the sidewalks. I guess that keeps people in a herd and can't run across the roads willy-nilly.
How this guy manages to go riding around and swivel around filming without wrecking is beyond me. I would have broken my neck a long time ago! LOL
