Fish or shrimp tacos. I’ve used this dry rub on raw shrimp or whitefish filets. I usually do haddock

Taco fish rub -1 tablespoon chilli powder ; ½ teaspoon cumin ; ½ teaspoon garlic powder ; 1 teaspoon paprika ; ½ teaspoon salt ; 1/2 teaspoon pepper;! 1 teaspoon oregano ; ½ teaspoon onion powder

Shrimp. Liberally rub. Set 1/2 hr pan sauté til done

Fish. Dry rub n put on baking pan 1/2 hr on parchment paper. Spray or drizzle w olive oil. Bake 400. 12-15 min til flaky. Break up into tortilla

Add avocado. Slaw (we use Brocolli slaw)

I’m absolutely positive this isn’t authentic but the fish taco eater here loves it

We don’t do pico. Salsa cheese in these

How do all of you do yours?

That sounds good, the right spices. I’d do the shrimp with avocado and leave off the slaw.
Have you cooked or enjoy cajen food? That’s how I usually eat seafood. Cajen fettuccine, shrimp or chicken, is great! A few days ago I made salmon New Orleans, salmon in a delicious sauce and shrimp on top.
