Sadly, there are plenty of bums in the Med Center/downtown area.
They’re mostly peaceful bums, though 😱
They just want Avocado Justice....you know....your money, cigarettes, jewelry, etc.
We walked from an outdoor concert, back to our car, one night...and, must have passed at least five ‘asleep’ on benches.
I saw it all in a week.Sad but ugh!
