Hmmm....might try using a different browser (Chrome if using IE or Foxfire if using Chrome). Or might be a security setting.

This is where the internet gets so darn tricky! Everybody has different versions, different browsers, different settings. But that’s what we suggest to people to try changing when they can’t see things from the internet here at work.
