Since mandamus was denied, the SC declined to make a ruling. I didn’t see anything on the list as to whether there was dissenting opinion like last week where Justice Thomas stated his opinion about what the SC was doing by not taking up the cases.

What is impossible with man is not impossible with God. Supreme court will not escape when God intervenes, and he will soon.
